The YJS Head of Service reports directly to a YJS Management Board which is chaired by the Director of Children’s Services, Cynthia Welbourn. The Board meets quarterly to receive reports on finance, progression of performance against national targets and objectives, and to inform the strategic direction of the team. Membership currently includes:
